Eric is a trusted advisor to clients seeking transformative leaders. He’s known for his sharp insight, high standards, and ability to assess culture fit, along with his ability to understand the strategic and functional needs of his clients. Eric’s expertise spans the talent acquisition space from helping clients find and secure leaders, to developing competency models, structuring interview programs and candidate marketing strategies to coaching and guiding hiring leaders to ensure they secure top talent.

Before founding Michael Car Associates, Eric co-founded R3 Strategic Search, an executive search firm recognized for placing strategic leaders across the US. Prior to R3, Eric led HR at The Novo Group, a fast-growth talent acquisition startup backed by angel investors. At Novo, Eric introduced pioneering search solutions for clients across the U.S. and served as a consultant, supporting a wide variety of clients in developing effective talent acquisition strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Marketing for ANS Home Health Services, where he was instrumental in expansion efforts by driving talent acquisition, marketing, and building key client relationships across the state of Wisconsin. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
